Episode 140: 1/31/2021
We started this show with a set of brand new (i.e., released in 2021) tracks. The fourth set was my set from Club Nevermore’s January livestream, which was a mix of industrial, EBM, synthpop, and post-punk. The fifth block was an Operator’s Choice set of post-punk tracks, and we closed the show with an Operator’s Choice mix of synthpop, shoegaze, and ambient.

We began our 2020 holiday show with a set in honor of the new hero of the holiday season, Krampus. That was followed with a set of post-punk tracks in honor of Winter Solstice. We followed that with a set of dark and twisted Christmas songs. Then we had a much more solemn set of songs. The midnight block was split between a set of quarantine/Covid19 Christmas songs—yes, that’s a thing!—and songs about New Year’s Eve. Then we put a bow on the show with a mix of festive songs. We hope your holiday season is as good as it can be in this stupid plague year.
