Nevermore Presents Cenotaph, Coming April 30, 2022

Club Nevermore has launched a new night called Cenotaph! This one’s for baby bats and elder goths alike! Cenotaph will be on the fourth Saturday of month, starting on Saturday, April 30, 2022. Cenotaph will focus on newer darkwave, goth, industrial, post-punk, synthwave, etc. tracks along with some classics. Doors open at 8 PM. Entry is $15 for people ages 18 and up; and $10 for ages 21 and up. Further info can be found on this Facebook event page.

Nevermore’s stated reason why admission for people under 21 is this:

“Club nights work with the venue to strike deals, and often bar sales play a key role in said negotiations. When a night does 18 and up, the venue doesn’t get any bar sales on those under 21. So in return a higher cover is charged and split to the venue to cover lost bar sales.”
